CallRevu (Call Tracking & Analytics)
We use CallRevu to help route calls, attribute phone leads, and measure call performance. When you call a tracking number displayed on our Website, CallRevu may collect call metadata (such as the phone number you called from, date/time, duration) and may support call recording, call scoring, and/or transcription depending on our configuration and applicable law. If call recording is enabled, you may hear an automated disclosure at the start of the call where required.
DriveCentric Chat (CRM Chat Tool)
We use DriveCentric’s chat tool to allow you to message our team from the Website. Information you provide through chat (such as name, phone, email, vehicle details, and messages) may be stored in our CRM and used to follow up on your request.
